Concafras is a spiritist fraternity established in 1957 from the Auta de Souza Fraternity Campaign, a street campaign founded in 1953 by the medium Paula Corrêa, which distributes messages of comfort from house to house and collects donations for families in situations of social vulnerability.

Among the various actions carried out by Concafras, we have:
- Dissemination of Spiritist Doctrine,
- Training of volunteers,
- Encouraging the study and practice of charity,
- Assistance centers in different countries.
